Hello and welcome to the Get More Customers podcast with me Michael Angrave. We have a fantastic episode for you today as I’m joined by Glen Wakeling from Heatspec.
Glen is what’s known as a heating engineer, which is someone that installs, repairs and services boilers of various types along with other services.
Where Glen’s business is different, is that he has created a number of systems which allow him to fix commonly experienced frustrations like ensuring all telephone calls get answered and being able to react to emergencies quickly regardless of the timing.
During the conversation, we were able to look at how Glen can use everything that he’s proven to work with his customers and apply this thinking to his website. By discovering exactly what information to include on his website, we discuss how he can in-turn attract more of his ideal customers.
Further to this, we discuss how to use freely available ‘search data’ information to find out exactly what his customers were searching for, and how he can then use this information to gain a marketing advantage.
