Hello and welcome to the Get More Customers podcast with me Michael Angrave. I’ve got an awesome episode for you today as I’m joined by Dave Nicholls of Better IT.

Dave runs a really solid business that provides IT support services such as backups, cloud services, telecoms and lots of other areas. But what separates him from others is that he’s managed to lay some solid foundations in terms of understanding his ideal customer and developing systems to provide services for these particular people.

He’s at a very exciting stage in his business as I’m delighted to say that Dave has recently become a Platinum-level customer of Go Websites so that we can take what he has proven to work at present and begin to scale by providing an increased and predictable stream of new sales enquiries.

Our conversation was fascinating and we really dig deep into both the strategy and tactics of building a sales systems which comes into action the moment that he receives a new lead from his website.

We talk about the steps required to map out a wow-factor customer experience and then duplicate that each and every time going forward.
