Brad and his business partner Mark, have created a really impressive business which teaches people who are looking to get into property investment how to source potential deals.
He shares his story of how his experience in the Music industry, a number of years back, led him to getting a hugely valuable education in Direct Marketing, which he’s since been able to apply with great success to what he does today.
The great thing about our conversation is how Brad reveals everything in terms of the customer journey which allows him to find cold prospects on Facebook and systematically turn them into paying customers.
We cover everything from how to set up your Facebook campaigns, what to put in your emails right through to how to write amazing copy which inspires people to buy.
We also look at the steps which they’ve been able to take to use this marketing system to allow themselves to step up out of the operational side of their business to be able to spend their time just doing the things they love.
