Hello and welcome to the Get More Customers podcast with me Michael Angrave. We’ve got a great episode in store today as I’m joined in the studio by Dan Cassidy from Island Properties.
Dan is an entrepreneur who runs multiple companies in various sectors, however, for today’s episode, we focus particularly on his property business.
He and his business partner Gil, find landlords who wish to let out their property and offer a complete service which turns their property into a serviced apartment without any risk to their income at all.
They then manage everything from property maintenance to interior design right through to cleaning and all of the other challenges that come with it.
The industry for this kind of property business is really booming at the minute and things are going great, so our discussion was focused around what might happen in the coming years if the market saturates and how to plan for this eventuality to ensure they are always able to stay ahead of the curve.
We covered some really interesting topics, in particular how to identify referral partners that could really help his business to thrive and then what questions to ask them to make it a no-brainer for them to get involved.
